Hello! Our family comes from Hangzhou, and my name is Lisa, is a host mother. Our family has two children, the elder daughter has studied in Sydney of Australian. The younger son named Jony, studies in kindergarten, and 7 years old. He is cheerful and likes playing, and sometimes has a little naughty, but he is very sensible. He likes reading fairy tales book. Although he is little, his literacy is great. In addition, he likes swimming, skating, taekwondo, drawing and playing piano, and he has energetic movement.

 

My husband has own real estate company, he is very busy in the morning, but he always returns to have a dinner, and sometimes is on a business trip. Host father has good temper, and easy to get along with, and is interested in new things.

 

I love cooking very much, and also have the oven in the home in order to make the cake . I am good at Chinese diet, and I will cook real Chinese dishes for you, moreover, I hope you can also be interested in cooking, and we can cook together.

 

Children’s grandparents live in Anji where is just one hour-drive from our house and is famous for the beauty of the village. We will go back to their house about per two weeks, and there is surrounded by mountains, and we can also climb mountain to dig bamboo shoots if you want, and the environment and the air there is absolutely good.

 

Jony’s kindergarten is just about 5 minutes-walk from our house, and goes to school at 8:30am, returns at 4pm, and I hope you can pick him up and down. I hope you can accompany with Jony to have classes at night, and it is better that you can give him guidance about his English homework. In addition, I hope you can communicate with him in English because we realize that English become more and more important and we really wish to improve Jony’s English level. Jony is looking forward to a foreign brother or sister to accompany with him through every day, and tell him stories of different countries, so our family sincerely welcome your coming.

 

Our family loves traveling, especially the self driving tour. I and host father have been driving almost every place of China, and we also plan to travel to the USA by self-driving to enjoy the scenery of the first road in May of this year. Hangzhou is a city which has beautiful scenery and the traditional culture and has many good tourist places. In particular, the edge of our family is the world’s cultural heritage——Beijing-Hangzhou grand canal, traditional buildings are surrounded by the river, and the scenery along the river at night is very beautiful, and you can take a walk along the canal. Furthermore, cinema is very near from this canal. Our family will take you to play or see some places at the weekends and enjoy Chinese scenery.

 

In the meanwhile, we hope you are cheerful, kind and patient, and loving children. In addition, you can create good and diversified learning environment for Jony.
