A LoPair au pair in China you are always regarded a part of the family and the host will include you in their family activities. As a “family member” you will learn to share responsibilities and contribute to make life in the family easier with less hassle.
Therefore on top of providing care to the host siblings, you are always welcome to provide a helping hand in the times where families need, although generally you are not responsible for housework that does not relate to the children’s or communal living areas. But we encourage that you could help your host parents do some cooking or some easy housework.

Our family has two boy children, an older one named Damon and six and half years old, and now studies in preschool of KG which is an international school. Therefore, he can communicate with English basically. Moreover, he likes Lego, math, reading, DIY, skiing very much, but sometimes he has a little naughty. The younger one named Daniel and three and half years old, also studies in kindergarten of KG. However, Daniel do not know much about English, can only understand simple conversations. He likes music, singing, dancing and swimming, and he is docile. Our two children are usually more obedient due to strict family upbringing.
Father works in one company as CEO, so he is busy normally. However, he will spend much time to accompany children in weekends or holiday. Therefore, mother deals with almost home things, and our family are full of joy and attaches great importance to the concept of family. We are looking forward to the new member of the family you come, and we believe that different culture will bring different interesting life experience.
Our address is Beijing, and Beijing is the capital of China, also is the center of the Chinese history and culture. Beijing is the best choice if you want to know more about the Chinese history and culture.
We live in the central villa of Shunyi district, and also is concentrated area of foreigners living in Beijing. There are cultural exchanges around the world, especially in the food culture, the food in different countries can be found here. Although it is not in the urban area, is near our residential area, and it is convenient to subway station and bus station. There are also many art districts and museum nearby. In the following holiday, we will make some domestic travel with children, such as Yunnan, Sichuan or other places.
