A LoPair au pair in China you are always regarded a part of the family and the host will include you in their family activities. As a “family member” you will learn to share responsibilities and contribute to make life in the family easier with less hassle.
Therefore on top of providing care to the host siblings, you are always welcome to provide a helping hand in the times where families need, although generally you are not responsible for housework that does not relate to the children’s or communal living areas. But we encourage that you could help your host parents do some cooking or some easy housework.

How are you? We are a family from Beijing. I am the host mom, English name is Rebecca.
I have two sons,the big son is 16 years old, Jeson, he is 2nd grade in high school. And the little one, now is 1st grade in a primary school, he is 7 years old.
The big brother likes French very much. And he always hope that there is a big brother or sister who is from France at our home. He enjoys making friends, also loves making foreign friends. He will go to Europe to study in collage next year. We hope that you can treat each other as a family,when you come to Beijing, he will show you around and accompanies you visiting tourist attractions in Beijing. Furthermore , he will take you to hang out with many friends. He has many hobbies, such as swimming,horse back riding,running and painting. On weekends, you can arrange some English class for him and his little brother. His little brother is Ryan, and is very outgoing. And he likes speaking English.
